DECEMBER PAST

Due to the interior foundation work done on my house and multiple trips out of state, December was severely lacking with regarding to active writing. Passive writing, the in-mind only musing that someday become stories, was also below quota. Stress and activities that absolultelypositivelyundeniably had to be done NOW also contributed to the lack of wordage.

2007 is just around the corner, and while the writing desk is still in the garage, the words are flowing. I'm currently working on another submission for The First Line and plan to have it completed by the weekend.

One of my two goals for the coming year is to write. Write in this blog, write short stories, write a novel, write my little heart out. And then submit until my fingers are blue.

Here's to a shiny and prosperous new year!

SUBMISSION-THE FIRST LINE-UPDATE

My submission to the 2006 Winter edition of The First Line was courteously rejected. It is currently sleeping off the alcohol consumed, and once it has recovered, it will be sent out to make its way into a published vehicle of some kind. Remember, drinking and driving is not a good idea no matter who or what you are.

I will also continue to provide submissions to The First Line per their request and my own stubbornness.
